Too much activity/Bigger Muscles
Q: Trainer, I am a very active 24 year old male. I am 6'4" and 195lbs. I have good muscle definition but not alot of mass. I eat med. carbs. med. protiens. low fat. every day. I walk 8 to 15 miles a day for work(mailman). Not to mention the basketball and football playing at least twice a week. My lifting consists of short superset workouts. Working the muscle till failure. I use creatine and watch my weight in gram of protien intake. Should I limit my football and basketball? Lift more? Eat more protien? I want to keep definition and get larger! Your help is appreciated.

You should increase the amount of time focused on lifting and increase the weight that you lift for each exercise, if you want to be have bigger muscles. Try the latter first. Your body knows that it has to move a lot (mailman, basketball, football) and since you do so much activity, it wants to stay trim. You will probably live to be 150 years old. Keep up the good work.
